Dumbell Biceps Curls  3 sets de 15 (15 lbs)

Hammer Curls 3 sets de 15 (10 lbs)

Preacher Curls Barbell 3 sets de 10 (20 lbs)

Wide Grip Lateral Pulldown 3 sets de 15 (30 lbs)
 
30 min Cardio!!!
